Seamist Ocean Villa

Tam is an amazing host. Seamist Ocean Villa is excellent value for money, the bed is so comfortable and cosy, and Tam does amazing breakfasts! I was so impressed. I doubt I would find anywhere in Hoi An as good as Seamist. I would 100% recommend staying with Tam. It’s also near Cua Dai Beach and a strip of lovely restaurants.

Located on a quiet street in between the beach and river and only a short drive into town. Tam was so friendly and welcoming, we were always greeted with a smile. Definitely recommend for families.

Tan makes every effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He is very attentive and always asks about your well-being. When I got off to the next place, he even dropped me off at the ferry and we enjoyed a coffee together. Also the room is just very spacious and clean. In about 5 minutes you are at the beach. You can easily rent a motorcycle and drive to the city center if you want that. But there are also enough food options around. Also quiet at night. I really enjoyed my stay there

We loved the room, the cleanliness and the welcoming owner who made the stay so pleasant. I would recommend to my travelling friends.

Room comes with a kettle but would be good to provide simple coffee, tea and sugar.

Open plan room and balcony meant we were able to spend time in the accomodation. Tam (host) was very friendly and accomodating making sure everything was suited. He was able to organise transport/tours for us and lend us bikes to reach the beach/township.

Location was not as expected- the closest beach by walk was under construction and covered in litter. Required a bike to An Bang township to reach the nicer parts to swim and eat.

Mr Tam and his wife were wonderful hosts and we couldn’t recommend their home stay enough ! They helped us book an excursion tour, recommended restaurants and shops to us and sorted us a motorbike in no time! They made us a delicious breakfast every morning, and even got up extra early for us the day of our departure. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We loved the quiet location of this home stay too. It was our favorite stay from our whole Vietnam trip! Thank you so much Tam!

The room was good. Breakfast was okayish, considering it was a homestay. The property is a couple of kilometers from the beaches and around 6 kilometers from the main hoi an ancient town.

The ceiling of the room is of asbestos, and as a result, the room doesn't cool down during the daytime.

The Balinese styled area that we had breakfast. The host is very friendly and accommodative.

Tam, the owner, is the most friendliest person. He arranged everything we asked; scooters, late check-out, etc.
