Spacious accommodation inside and outside and quiet location I celebrated a birthday while staying here and Mr Tam surprised me with a lovely birthday cake and a rose so I would say Mr Tam goes the extra mile for his guests 😀

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay during the National Day holiday (September 2nd). The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The house is tucked away on a quiet little street, offering absolute peace and calm — a rare find! Just across the street is a beautiful beach mostly frequented by locals. It’s quiet, unspoiled, and blissfully free from commercial tourism. The water is crystal clear, and the whole area feels like a hidden gem — perfect for relaxing and escaping the crowds. One thing that really stood out to me was the breakfast included with the stay — something quite rare for homestays in the area. It was a lovely touch and made my mornings even better. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and will definitely come back here the next time I visit Hoi An. Highly recommended!

The TV should be improved.

La casa è molto confortevole, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia a piedi. Le stanze sono molto spaziose e fresche, il proprietario Tam è una persona davvero speciale,gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Una garanzia. Nelle vicinanze ci sono piccoli market, bar e barbiere. Super consigliato!!!!

Our stay was truly special thanks to the amazing host! He was incredibly kind, always smiling, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the very beginning. He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, offering recommendations, assistance, and warm conversations that made us feel right at home. His positive energy was contagious and made our experience unforgettable. We’re so grateful for his hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. Thank you for everything!

Отличный гостевой дом. Мы жили на втором этаже с огромной верандой. Номер очень большой, две огромные кровати и это первое жилье в котором была кровать с мягким матрасом. В номере есть чайник, бар-холодильник, который пополняется пивом по адекватной цене, как в магазине Телевизор с приставкой, но мы подключали сбербокс. Самое главное, это очень приветливый хозяин!!! Утром в выбранное нами время приносили завтрак на выбор и фрукты, все было вкусно! До моря буквально 3-5 минут ходьбы. На пляже есть кафе с очень адекватными ценами, что даже удивило. До старого города минут 15 на такси. Если бы у нас было больше времени мы остались бы дольше. Отличное место и хозяин!!! Рекомендую!

The host, Mr. Tamanh, was super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was outstanding, and the location was excellent.
