Only the living room and Kitchen

For the value charged the room was not the best wasn’t clean, balcony was dirty

Staff was responsive via text on the day of booking. Relatively problem free getting into building and room.

The shared bathroom situation. The use of locks in the door handle is a poor system. Easy to lock out neighbors creating a hassle for them to unlock it, further it's possible for neighbors to unlock the handle anyway, so it's risky and not good privacy/security. The shared bathroom had lots of hair in the tub and clogging drain. The sheets/bedding had hair on it too and had not looked cleaned.

Bed sheets , pillows wahsroom and kitchen was not clean.

Not a real hotel but a AirBNB. Non responsive owner and scammed for security deposit.
