No cleaniness. For Refund of deposit I had to remind twice Parking was outside

We had a terrible experience at this property. We booked a room with a private washroom, and shortly after the confirmation, we received an email and message from the property manager requesting ID and a $100 damage deposit, which we provided. However, he then sent us a different address than the one listed. When we arrived, the floors were dirty, the bedsheets had hair on them, and it was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. We called the manager, and he offered two options: move to another property (which we refused due to not having a car) or wait for someone to come and clean the room—even though it was already 4:30 PM and check-in was at 3 PM. We waited an hour in an unclean common area before a cleaner arrived. We also had to ask her to clean the washroom, which was dirty too. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The property is poorly managed, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We didn't stay in this reservation because the room we were given was completely different from the pictures they provided online. The room was extremely dirty, and the bed linen had been used and not changed. The bath towels were also extremely dirty, with many yellow and red stains. There was also a terrible smell of dog and cat urine inside and outside the room. I called customer service representative that day and he said he would refund me, but I haven't seen the refund yet. I'd like to know when I can expect it.

So first impression it was an okay place to stay, however each day another thing added to the experience making this place somewhere I would not recommend. Firstly when we arrive in our room we noticed the bin hadn’t been replaced since the last people were in the room. On booking it says there is a full kitchen, however there is no can opener so lots of food we bought went unused, when I said about this another can opener appeared but this didn’t work either. The toaster also doesn’t work. In the fridge there are designated places for each room to put their food, our food was moved more than once. We were also told the washing machine and dryer did not work, we saw the washing machine in use. The house is very loud, all the doors slam and the people in the room next to use where playing music very loud past 11pm. I also dropped something under the bed and when I retrieved it, it was disgusting (as seen in pictures). There is also no way to control the air conditioning so the room is either very warm or very cold. We have stayed in a lot better places for a lot cheaper and if we had the budget to go somewhere else we would have done, a few couples who checked in days after us, didn’t stay more than 15 minutes. All together I would not recommended staying here.
