I hated it, I could not stay there, it’s the worse

It is bad they did not clean it at all, they don’t change sheets for new guests hair everywhere, limescale

Nothing, it was dirty. The bathrooms had used towels in the shower, hair in the beds and it was just very uncomfortable. I asked for an early check in, they asked for $30 extra but did not state the rooms were not cleaned they allowed me to enter the suites. After feeling very uncomfortable I decided to leave and asked for a refund. I did not get that refund of $140CAD.. very unfortunate as I work very hard for my money.

Everything was disgusting. If I had gotten my refund back, I wouldn’t be leaving such an honest mean review.

Should not be considered as a Bed and breakfast, not clean in drawers and under bed…. Dirty clothes and totlet paper under the bed. Not clean. Should be clarified as a fancy hostal! Bring your own everything you may need… not as posted at all. No coffee or anything

Our room was clean. The SHARED bathroom was not.

Either the booking site is flawed or I did not read correctly but we had a SHARED bathroom. Everything i read just says standard king room. We would not have stayed here if we were aware we would be sharing a bathroom. This is a room in a house with a lock on the door, NOT a suite.

New and nice furnishings.

Very dirty, spoke to the landlord about it and said he would have someone clean, nobody came to clean. The sheets smelt of bad BO and the bathroom was incredibly unclean.
