The entire stay was fantastic. Ricardo and his daughter helped me whenever I needed anything. The food here is excellent, so I didn’t even have to look for a nearby restaurant.

Great place in Ruteng. Riccardo is a great host and has tons of info and recommendations. The place is spacious and clean and is very well located. Strong WiFi and hot water!

All in all, our stay in Ruteng was not the greatest time we had. However, the hospitality and kindness we received from Ricardo and the lovely staff member made us feel so much better when we get home. We were very comfortable and felt like we were at home. Ricardo is a guy full of knowledge around the area and also Indonesia and we leanrt a lot about the culture. He never tried to “sell” anythinf and had only kind intentions. The room is as advertised, located near the shops and warungs. We ended up staying 4nights with nil issues. Thanks so much and we highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Ruteng.

The service was super nice since the beginning, bring a welcoming tea and the breakfast the next morning was good as well. They helped us to book a ticket bus too.

- Owner: Richardo is awesome and can help you with everything. Lovely family! - You can do the tours with Richardo (he can take you to non touristy villages and spots) - Room: basic and simple but clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean! Having a fan would be big improvement. *Don’t expect Bali standards for Flores. - Location: great location, walking distance from local restaurants and supermarkets. - The internet worked great. - Free water provided. - Breakfast was good! - Scooters were really good. *Don’t expect to pay the same price as other islands in Flores.
