Everything was perfect, nice place to relax and enjoy a corner of quiet in Gwalior.

I don't have any particular negative remark.

Beautiful heritage property with a warm, homely environment. We especially loved the charming courtyard and the cozy common areas. As a group of five families, we enjoyed spending quality time together outside our rooms, sharing stories and laughter. The staff was courteous and attentive, and the breakfast felt just like home – simple, fresh, and comforting. A memorable stay!

The property was difficult to locate, and it wasn't easy to find the entrance due to crowded streets and shops around the property A more prominent display of the name on the gate, in addition to the side, would be helpful. Adding some lighting around the sign would also make it more visible, especially in the evening

Very hospitable hostess who made us feel more like true guests not hotel stayers. A great deal of thought and style has gone into this beautiful heritage home. All staff did their utmost to make us feel comfortable and at home. A peaceful courtyard and yet just outside the bazaar with all its fun and colour - perfect for us and a three-day stay in Gwalior. A few minor language communication problems with the young staff, but nothing we couldn't work out together using a mix of Hindi and English, and good will.

Large beautiful room & bathroom, kettle to make hot drinks. Extremely helpful owner who changed money for us, booked train tickets and made recommendations of what to see/ restaurants

Not all the staff spoke good English which made ordering breakfast more difficult though they tried their best

Spacious rooms in heritage building. You don't here noise of very congested streets around.

Well located property in the heart of City. Unbelievable place with equally good host. Highly personalized stay and excellent property.

The history and the hospitality of the owner.

Characterful old property in the middle of town. It is surrounded by modern and not particularly nice urban sprawl. That means there are no nice views from the rooms. Staff were lovely and cooked us nice meals.

Beds are rock hard and the bedlinen was quite basic. Our room had no tv. Bathroom was quite primitive though my son's room had a beautifully modern bathroom and had a fabulous shower. Taking into account basic beds and bedlinen, bathroom etc, this haveli didn't compare well with other places we've stayed in terms of value for money. Although parts of the haveli are charming, the outside space is limited and surrounded by concrete modern buildings.
