Quite homely food in breakfast and dinner coming directly from the home kitchen. The staff Courtesy and helpfulness was remarkable. Mr Mohan went out of the way to make our stay comfortable - even when his shift time was over.

The entrance to the place is not very inviting. Public transport staff (auto rickshaw drivers) don't readily recall this hotel.

Just a wonderful experience..no words to describe the beauty of this place! To be honest the photos do not show the extent of the magic and the charm of the property. The stuff was very helpful and discreet. Mohan needs a special reference since he helped us and took care of us in any aspect of our staying!! Thanks a lot!!

The breakfast spread was different everyday with parathas, poha, pav bhaji, samosa- kachori etc. We ate lunch and dinner at the property a few times and it was excellent home-made food.

The rooms are stylishly furnished with antique furniture. There are no windows in the large rooms. Comfy bathroom. Netflix on TV. We were (in July) on of the only guests, as tourism season starts only in August. Very busy on the streets, but not much noise inside.

The breakfast is ok, but the breakfast room's decoration is in contrast with the tastefully decorated rooms. The breakfast rooms has plastic windows: maybe an idea for a future renovation? We didn't feel the daytime manager was really committed to his job.

The Location of the hotel is very convenient. Close to the JAI VILAS PALACE and the Fort and BAIJA Taal. Electric Autos are easily available outside the hotel. It is a typical Heritage property with huge rooms, high ceilings, heavy wooden doors, carved furniture and a whole array of historical photographs and an old style front courtyard!!!! We stayed for six days, and it had become my habit to take a daily evening walk in the courtyard. Also, Since it is off-season right now, the hotel was Not booked to capacity -- and hence, the manager allowed us an early check-in and a late check-out.

The Drainage system needs some improvement.

Krishnayan Heritage is truly a hidden gem. The hotel and its entire team exceeded our expectations with their hospitality. The rooms were among the most spacious I have seen, and the cleanliness across the hotel was beyond impressive—an 11 on 10. It is a space so warm and welcoming that it barely feels like a hotel at all—it feels like home. The home-cooked breakfast gave us an excellent start to the day—it was lovely to be able to begin the day with a variety of delicious yet simple dishes as traveling often leads to an excess in processed and fast food. The kitchen staff were extremely polite and accommodating, preparing a simple dinner upon request as well. The founders have maintained the historic building with true dedication and attention to detail.

It was central to the historical sites. Dinner was good.

When you stepped out of the property the traffic was chaotic though the hotel itself is set back from the busy road.

The hotel is practically at the center of a market but once inside the hotel compound you will not feel it. The interior ambiance is amazing. Rooms big and spacious. You get the feeling of staying at a Palace but with modern facilities. House keeping very friendly. Owner very helpful. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Diner was nice. Special note: We had to leave early and the manager was kind to get us some breakfast packed but the owner went out of the way to ensure that we did not just get packed breakfast for us/kids but a 3 meal course !! Thanks a lot

Locating the property itself was a bit hectic. A better/bigger board easily visible would be great. Otherwise nothing else to point out. Breakfast was good. Can be improved.
