Very central. Room interesting with quirky features. Nice fan.

It is remote entry which proved a bit of a challenge. Once you have the key all is good. I had a sink in room but toilet just across from room. I didn’t realise I hadn’t paid ( thought booking.com had taken payment ). Received quite a threatening message that was in my opinion unnecessary. I managed to pay remotely. This issue would have been avoided had I actually been able to meet with the host.

Great location. The lady was helpful. We requested an extra blanket and missing towels which were given to us.

Noise may be made by other room's guest and doors. The door is partially transparent. May be too bright when sleeping

The room was very comfortable and spacious. With the antiques collected, the space was not so limited to certain function but full of creativity, which made it even a more comfy stay. The location is super convenient. Many attractions are in the walkable distance. The host offers help service to make travellers' trip more convenient.

The communication between the host and the guest was a little bit pushy, like Q&A required to answer in a limited time span, which is quite opposite to the relaxing and cozy atmosphere feeling the property tries to give people(or just my illusion maybe). Even the housekeeper (or the helper) would straightforwardly assume that the guest should have known certain information, speaking relatively fast.

The decor had character, nostalgic. Old in a nice way and reminded me of my grandmas house. Lots of accessories and ornaments from decades ago and an old map in the stairway. I loved the tiled bathtub for the shower. It felt homely. Hot water was good. The staff I met who was cleaning was very friendly and lovely, we chatted a while and was able to leave my luggage before checkin. I was initially given the wrong room but all was sorted and collecting the key was smooth and secure. Communication with the owner was great, it was timely and very clear instructions. Nice communal areas with lounge and kitchen. There is a fridge and cups/bowls/water station to use. Room felt very clean, and the sheets were soft. Air con and fan in the room. Power sockets with international plug outlets and plenty of them so no matter what type of plug you will be able to charge your devices.

Only small thing is light would come through in the morning in the windows as there are no curtains, it was frosted windows.

Cute room. Great location in snail alley. Sink and desk in room. Good air con.
