Very clean, and one of the nicest hosts you will find in Errol. Other than a slight wait to use the bathroom in the morning, everything was what we were hoping for in terms of a cost-effective stay. Thank you Errol!!!

Like I stated above, the small line for the bathroom in the morning was a minor inconvenience. Also, the bedroom on the backside of the building faced the metro, and anyone who is a light sleeper may have an issue with that.

The property is located in central Brooklyn and is easy to find. It is also close to the A and C line which made getting around easy. Errol and his family were excellent and gracious hosts and treated myself and my children like family! I’d been hesitant to stay beforehand because I had never rented anything but hotels, but I would ABSOLUTELY stay again at Rochester’s place! Thank you Errol and family for making our stay so wonderful!!!

The only thing that was slightly difficult was the space of the room. If we had one or two in our party, it would have been perfect. We had three, so it was a bit cramped but nothing that we couldn’t manage.

Very pleasant facility - nice staff, helpful and understanding. Clean, very close to the subway and quite safe. We are incredibly pleased with the communication with the hosts as we answer all our questions and environments as needed. If I could give more stars, it would get a 10 from me.

We liked the comfty bed and kitchen with a dining area and large TV to watch news and movies in the communal area. There were plenty of food to make breakfast - coffee, tea, cereals, milk, bread, Nutella, cookies and sweets. Good transportation hubs close to the area - Ralf Avenue subway station and Utica avenue station is just a quick walk (10 minutes) or there is M25 bus to catch. Overall neighnourhood felt safe place to be. Host are nice and caring family.

Would love to have some cafes and restaraunts in the area but there is a nice deli in the corner of Pacific street with a tasty pastrami sandwiches and others.

Errol and his family are very warm and welcoming and keep the pace clean and tidy every day. It was nice and comfortable.

The room was really very confortable and we felt like we were at our home. You can use the kitchen to eat some snacks with coffee or prepair a breakfast. The apartment was clean and has all facilities that you can need. The family is really friendly.

The apartment is a little bit far away form the center, but you can get to the all touristic places using public transport. Communication in case of registration: it would be nice to have clear instructions on how to proceed if no one is at home. Some of the products in the fridges were expired.
