Very friendly staff and full kitchen facilities.

Very nice and friendly hosts. The room and the apartment were very clean and they had food and drinks for us to use in the fridges. 100% recommended, it was a pleasure to stay in this place.

Location was within a short walking distance to the metro, only a couple blocks over, super convenient! The price was very reasonable, we really only needed a place to keep our things and sleep and this was perfect. Room was small but comfy enough. Size room is expected since it's NYC. The bathroom was stocked, it felt very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was also stocked and available to use. There were fridges to store food, and they provided some food as well! I would've used the kitchen but came to NYC for the food so didn't need to use it. The owners are such a sweet couple and they made sure our visit worked out smoothly. Street parking so finding a spot was tough but the owner made sure we could park!

The people in the room next to us took over the entire shared kitchen space to pack their things, clothes were on the floor and stuff was just everywhere. Although they eventually put it away, it was awkward making bathroom trips. Not the property owner's fault but please keep this in mind if you stay here, and respect the shared spaces.

It was a quite and nice place and Erol was super nice with us. For us was like feeling at home. The room was clean and confortable, and the common area (toilette and kitchen/living) was clean and useful. The other guests were friendly and we didn't feel strange at any time. Also, the fridges (were full of food available to use, free of charge... I really thought that was super especial and very generous. Price is great for NY área, and with the metro It was around 20 min to be in Manhattan.

A bit noisy in the area for the train.... But NY is noisy! :)
