The Green Jungle ist eine kleine grüne Oase in Dambulla. Nuwan und seine Familie kümmern sich herzlich um ihre Gäste und arrangieren alles für sie, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Alles ist sehr sauber und das angebotene Essen ist wirklich gut. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

A perfect start to our Sri Lanka trip! We felt so welcome thanks to the incredibly kind and helpful host, Nuwan, and his lovely family. They went above and beyond to support us with everything — from organizing trips to Sigiriya, Minneriya, and Polonnaruwa to showing us hidden local “secret spots” around Dambulla that only a local would know. The room was cozy and clean (note: no A/C), with a private bathroom and a small terrace surrounded by peaceful jungle greenery. Breakfast is served right outside, and optional lunch or dinner is also available – all homemade and delicious. Nuwan was always available with his tuk-tuk, flexible and ready to drive us anywhere we needed. His warm hospitality truly made this a special experience. Very good value for money – simple, but all you need and worth every rupee. If you’re staying in the Dambulla/Sigiriya area, we absolutely recommend this place.

The location was great. super lush garden, a little sanctuary. The breakfast was HUGE. Absolutely delicious and way too much for me to finish but yet i still did anyway :) Amazing value! The family are the sweetest and kindest people ever. By far the best care i have received in the whole of Sri Lanka. I feel very blessed to have found this little gem. I even extended my stay as i feel right at home. I cannot believe the help and care received in this visit. Local knowledge brought me to all the wonderful places in the area. Could not recommend enough.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. But I would love to stay there even for a few nights.A family that knows hospitality very well. Breakfast consists of a variety of foods. You can order dinner. Dinner was very very tasty.room and other facilities excellent.I highly recommended.

I highly recommended this place. Because they are very kind and helpful people. They helped 24 hours. Room clean and spacious. Bathroom, shower very good. Morning breakfast so many items with tea and coffee. Dinner was very delicious 🤤.Sri Lankan fried rice. We visit Sri Lankan big national park Minneriya national park. It was amazing tour experience. One day I come to Sri Lanka definitely visit green jungle.
