The house is in very nice surroundings, so you feel like in the middle of the jungle. The bus stop is very close, so the distance from Dambulla is not an issue at all. The higlight of this stay is the family. I haven’t met more helpful and kind hosts as they are. They helped us with trip planning, transport and they have also given us nice honest tips what to avoid and what not. They have even accompanied us to the bus stop, and helped us catch the right bus each day! The dinner and breakfast was like a feast. They have served us delicious local food, that varied every day. If you plan to stay close to Dambulla and Sigiriya, definitely book this one!
