Silent Bungalow

The place is right on the beach, it was safe for the kids and they loved to play on the beach. It's also just 5 min drive to Mirissa. Delicious breakfast prepared by the owner.

Excellent dinner and welcoming host, who also did the safari with us, which was great.

Best vegetarian rice and curry. Owner arranges great Safari. After the Safari he drove us to the bus station and also we had several tea and cookies provided.

This is the best place that we were stayed during our trip. That place is very clam, silent, clean and beautiful place. The owners are also very friendly and they serve to customers properly. Their services and treatments are excellent. There charge is also very fair. This place can be highly recommended. I think this is the best place for Udawalawa visitors to stay and enjoy trips.

Spacious and spotless rooms with comfortable bed equipped with mosquito net, fan, private bathroom with hot shower and outside sitting terrace. The room price of 6$ per night was fair. The lovely couple welcomed us with tea and cake and help with any regards. They have their own Safari Jeeps. We went on a 4h Safari with them for a jeep price of 13000 rupees (fits 6 persons, excluding national park entrance fee) which was well organized. They offer dinner and breakfast on request which we however didn’t take. The place is very peaceful and quiet, about 25min walk to the main road where you can find shops and good local restaurants. Recommend this place for a short stay and Safari.

For the price nothing to complain about. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room but we had our mobile data anyway.

It was just wonderful! Sudath and his family are so nice, we had a really great moment. Warm welcome with tea and cake. We did a safari with them, I really recommend. They will show you all kind of animals, we can see they are passionate of nature and animals. Do not hesitate, book there!! ❤️

The place was fantastic, clean and spacious, especially for a taller gentleman the beds were massive. The terrace outside was great too for the evenings but what really made it was Sudath, his wife and son. They made us feel welcome throughout and personally managed everything from the taxi at our arrival, the food we ate, the safari and the travel on to next stop. The breakfast and dinner they served were amazing, showcasing real Sri Lankan food, I’d definitely recommend it. It was great to get picked up by the family and Sudath also took us around the natural park. His eyesight is incredible and he showed us so much of the wild life that Udawalawa National park had to offer. Our group would all throughly recommend this place, it was great.

Perfection

Sudath and his family were wonderful hosts and made our stay really special. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was so delicious and Sudath was so helpful in arranging a safari and giving us advice on travel plans! We would highly recommend this as a comfortable relaxing place to stay!

Modest room but very cheap, everything was fine. The owner was great, he took us to a perfect Safari tour. Dinners were perfect too. Thank you very much.
