Tehan Homestay

Great location, close to Hiriketiya Beach, but not to close. They also have a tuk tuk, and we went exploring togheter. Was a great trip, thank you so much guys!

Just in the edge of the village and close to the sea. At night you can hear the waves crashing .

The owners spoke little English so I couldn’t embrace the stay . As far as I could see they would serve food but I tried and couldn’t make them understand if food was available occasionally the son(I assume) appeared and had a decent amount of english. They were always friendly and I enjoyed the stay

I would say it was one of the best places a have stayed in Sri Lanka. The family is very kind and helpful. Tehan is a sweet boy. The room is basic but it is located in the most beautiful place just in front of the ocean. I would come back for sure.

Very good place! Nicely family with the cutiest doggies in sri lanka :)) totaly recomendable!

The view is just incredible and the family very relaxed and friendly. We had a beautiful time there and used the laundry service and had breakfast there. It's just a 5-10 minutes walk down the hill to the beautiful Hirikediya Lagoon. I would definitely stay another night there. :)

It was really calm with a nice garden some seating area and the staff was really nice. The beach was a 5 min walk away what was really nice and convenient. Even though we just had a Fan in our room it still was okay in the night with the window open and the Fan on. During the they it was nice to just sit outside in the shade.
