Victorian Police Station - flexible suite, self contained

The owner was a really nice chap who showed us around the guesthouse including the wonderful job he has done converting the prison cells into comfortable rooms. Our room was really large, yet perfectly warm. A private kitchen and continental breakfast was provided. Large ensuite with large hot shower.

The sheets and towels were laundered with a detergent that we found overpowering. My pj’s still smelt of it the next evening! I mentioned this to the owner, so I feel confident that he has changed the detergent as he seemed a conscientious fellow.

Warm and comfortable and a lovely welcome from the owner. Parking was a real bonus within a few minutes from town which is very historic

Old police station transformed to a very high standard. The owner Ziggy very nice man and very keen to explain the history of the building

Great value for money, it was very warm and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size with complementary products. More than enough items for the continental breakfast

A fruit juice would have been nice with the breakfast and the room layout could be improved by moving the wardrobe and putting the bed in the centre, for access both sides

Great location. Lovely room. Had a tour of the old police cells where guests can stay.... I will try staying in them next time... Free breakfast,including croissants,plenty of milt,tea and sugar. Above and beyond for an ABnB

Parking....Haha My vehicle is larger in size and it was tight in the dark.... This does not take away anything from the old Police Station. Smaller vehicles will have no problem..

Spacious studio with comfy bed, great shower and lovely view across the valley.

I liked everything about it.

Perfect location and amenities, great apartment with all you need for a short stay. Very friendly owners.
