Clean, quiet, friendly, quirky, great location.

Couldn't get the hot tub to warm up but that was likely my impatience or failure to follow directions.

"Deceptively ok"

A laid back vibe in an arty cool air bnb style house. Great host in Roy and no set times to have to work with made it a relaxing visit. Locally there is the JT saloon bar which is warm and inviting.

The immediate area is a bit sketchy looking, the backyard was sorta under construction but it didn't look like anything was happening just a bunch of labourers mess. I was looking forward to spending some time relaxing out there in the jacuzzi in private, but there was not even a fence on one side and so I wasn't that keen to do so.
