Casa De Frank

The property was clean close to the things we planned to do not was well equipped with all the kitchen utensils we needed. I have no complaints, but would like you to know that the sink in the master bathroom was draining slowly. Also, it would be helpful if other residents would be sure to lock the front door at night.

The location.

It was so dirty!! Full of hair and dust. The floor was so gross, I don't think it had been vacuumed in a while, let alone mopped. We considered booking something different when we saw the state of the room, but we were on a tight budget and it's hard to find something the day of, in the middle of Spring Break. So we stayed out as late as possible and left very early in the morning.

The location is excellent. Very walkable to the Village where there are a number of eateries and some shops. Roy was as nice as can be and a wonderful property manager.

Not a reflection on the property itself but just so you know; I traveled to JT last minute with my mother and felt fortunate to get a reasonably priced room at Casa de Frank. We've never stayed anywhere with a shared bathroom so that was a bit of a unique experience. The bathroom door is a bit finicky and a man walked in on my mother. The house is clean, but some of the other guests (everyone was nice) didn't seem to like to do their own dishes even though you are asked to clean up after yourself. This property is ideal for single men or if you're comfortable in a hostel or dorm housing.

I think it needs to be brought to customers attention that it's a shared bathroom. Also the full length frosted window in the bathroom isn't frosted enough. I found the place to be dirty. We decided not to even stay there and went to the next town over and got a room.
