"I didn’t even stay both nights. I left after one and got a different hotel."

Location

Stinky hot tub. Bed had a sag. Floor was sticky. Kitchen was dirty. Rude manager.

"Casa de Frank, Joshua Tree"

Very nice, clean house. Location is wonderful - very close to Joshua Tree National Park and within walking distance to downtown Joshua Tree. Roy gives fantastic food recommendations and options of things to do and see while staying in town. Everyone is very laid back and friendly. Very safe neighborhood. You do share a bathroom with other guests, but it's very clean and everyone is very respectful.

"Disappointing"

The mattress

The bathroom was terrible, sink and the bathtub did not train well. In the morning we found a roach inside my toiletry bag. The bedroom was stuffy and warm, no air circulation. Towels were old and well used

The location is very good, very close to the national park 's entrance. The hotel has a fully operational kitchen which one can use to prepare your own food. Friendly owner.

The mattress was not very comfortable. Slightly overpriced, in my opinion...

This is my 2nd time staying at the property. Roy, the host, made a hostile desert feel homely and welcoming. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back.

"False advertising and not worth the $100+"

Advertised as a queen studio when in reality it was a bedroom of a house with a queen bed and the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on.
