Marari Babu Homestay

This was one of the most wonderful stays in Kerala ,Babu and his family are the most wonderful people I ve met.I was supposed to stay only for 2 nights and extended my stay for a week.Absolutely loved their hospitality

The room,food and the family were amazing

Lovely host family, spacious, clean rooms close to the beach. Great home cooked food eaten on a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful little garden. We spotted lots of different birds including a tree dwelling kingfisher aswell as squirrels and monkeys. Oh and they have a cute new puppy called Luca - what's not to love? Thanks to Mr Babu and Rani nothing was too much trouble.

Everything was great.

We liked everything. Babu and Rani were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. Rani is a fantastic cook and we had great evening meals. Babu was extremely kind and helped us with everything. Good location very near the beach and the rooms were very comfortable with a huge bathroom. Will return!

The clean and spacious room with a lovely veranda to sit out. Rani makes the most delicious food and is very friendly. Close to the beach aswell.

Had a wonderful stay with Rani and Babu.The rooms are clean with a large bathroom and very effective Air con.The location is fabulous just a short walk to the beach.Rani does a lovely breakfast and plenty of it always served with a smile.Babu has a tuk tuk which was handy when we went to Alleppy and also organised a driver to the airport when we left.

The only thing that could be improved was the wi fi signal in the room.It was fine on the veranda so this was only a minor quibble

The homestay was overbooked, so we were sent to another homestay next door, which was very nice and welcoming

Everything, the family goes beyond their limits to make sure you are comfortable
