The location was very near to beach. Host were extremely good and breakfast was awesome.

Car Parking was little far around 100 meter from stay.

Our stay was indeed exceptional, we felt at home as welcomed guests treated with care and delicious home-made food for breakfasts, lunch and dinners cooked with love by Mr. Babu's wife. Our wishes were fulfilled whole-heartedly with willingness and smile. The way to the beach through narrow neighbourhood paths was another enjoyable experience. The sea was mild in early mornings and rough and playful in the evenings, however, water remained very warm throughout the day. The beaches are rather secluded and not crowdy, with some cafés offering drinks and meals. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend it for everyone. An excursion by Mr. Babu was very interesting and insightful. We thank Mr. Babu and his family for making our holiday wonderful, relaxing, memorable and warm.

A fantastic way to start our trip to Kerala - Babu arranged our pickup at the airport and he and his family immediately made us feel at home. The food is fantastic - opt for dinner and breakfast and you will not be disappointed. We had such an amazing variety of delicious foods, fruits and juices. The AC is super effective and the fans keep you cool on the veranda. The beach is a few minutes away, with a few beach cafe choices right down the way. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Food was amazing! Asked if it could be prepared without onions, and the host remembered this for every next meal. Thank you😊 The room and bathroom were clean. And the location is fantastic! Just a few minutes walk to a white sand beach. We can definitely recommend this place.

Only minor downside were the temporary power outages on the AC. But the AC usually started again in a few minutes.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Babu and his family for the warm welcome at the Babu Marari Homestay. From the first minutes of our stay, we were surrounded by attention and care. Good linen, clean and comfortable rooms.The three of us were together and rented two rooms next to each other.We will never forget the wonderful breakfasts and dinners on the large terrace. Marari Beach is considered one of the best beaches in India. It takes less than a minute to walk.Once again, thank you so much for our vacation!!! Sergey , Oksana , Ivan .

It is a very beautiful homestay very close to the beach. Our hosts were really welcoming. They made breakfast and dinner for us whixh was really tasty. Thanks for the nice stay!

I had a very nice stay at Babu's Homestay at the end of February 2024 with an excellent price-performance ratio. The house and the room I stayed in were very clean and nicely decorated, the bathroom had a shower with hot water and plenty of water pressure. The hosts were very helpful, the breakfast was very good and filling, the evening meal that I was able to enjoy was the best dinner of my stay in Kerala. Babu is also a tuk-tuk driver and organizes rides at a fair price. Since I already bought a SIM card at the airport, I didn't use the WiFi there and can't say anything about it. The path to the clean, sandy beach is very short, when I was there the beach had some distance to the fishing boats on the left and right, and there were loungers with parasols for rent. There were also a few beach cafes nearby, but compared to Varkala Beach, where I was before, it is very quiet and the bars close well before midnight. The water is not flat and the waves can be very strong, so caution is advised. The water is very warm, as is to be expected on a tropical beach. All in all, I spent a few wonderful days in Marari Beach.
