The location and size of the room.

It was dirty, with lots of insects in the kitchen. I found hairs on my bed sheets. The manager, who is living on site, was probably drunk one of the two nights listening to the tv or music loud. My mother asked him to reduce the volume. He did it but after maybe one hour, he woke up my mother while she was sleeping, to offer her to move in a other room so that he can go on with the sound certainly. She didn't feel secured after that, considering the room's door had no key. Apart from that, walking in the property I discovered that the garbage are burnt behind the house, which is next to the protected land, instead of being sent to the land fill or recycling. Disappointing.

Perfect location for Reflective Tarn (Mirror lake). Lovely house. We had one room with own bathroom. There is well equipped kitchen and nice breakfast included.

Great views and very comfortable. Loved the rainforest and surrounds. No complaints and would easily come back again to stay longer

Beautiful place. Very well equipped kitchen. Indoor and outdoor dining areas. Comfortable room. Good shower. George was friendly and helpful.
