Lovely homestay, breakfast and owners

De locatie is prima. Wel een kleine klim maar dit is prima te doen. Voor de rest ligt het vrij centraal en rustig. Je hebt echt je eigen huisje met terras. Het terras was heerlijk. Kamers zijn vrij ruim.

Ontbijt viel een beetje tegen en het was vrij gehorig

Super lieve host. Ze had voor ons 1 jarig jubileum een prachtig diner georganiseerd met kaarslicht.

Omdat alles eco-friendly is, is de waterdruk heel laag. Dit maakt het douchen minder prettig. Verder loopt de wasbak niet goed weg. En je moet best een helling op om het verblijf te bereiken!

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft mit einer richtig gemütlichen Terrasse zum Verweilen. Die Gastfamilie ist total herzlich, das Frühstück immer abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Lage ist ruhig, jedoch trotzdem noch zentral.

Ein super süßer Aussenbereich, in dem man sich sehr gerne aufhält. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Hilfskraft sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - das Frühstück war auch lecker.

Leider ist das Bett ungemütlich und sehr laut, die Klimaanlage sowie die Holzrahmen von Tür und Fenster von Schimmel befallen. Die Luft war sehr feucht und muffig, uns ist es schwer gefallen zu schlafen.

Dit verblijf wordt vooral zo fijn gemaakt door de onwijs lieve familie. Het is een verblijf aansluitend aan de woning van de familie. Het is wat meer basic, maar dat vinden wij juist er leuk. Het ontbijt werd met veel liefde verzorgd.

We waren met z’n vieren, dit was wat krap.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sand Dollar House! You have your own outdoor area which is really nice to chill in. Location is excellent and the owners are very friendly and attentive!

We loved the homely feel, the lovely private courtyard and outdoor kitchen complete with sun bed and hammock. This property has a focus on sustainability which was great. Close to town and Hiri beach it is easily accessible by foot, tuk tuk or bike. The family were such wonderful hosts and we loved getting to know Roshani, the kids and the sweet doggies too. We felt so welcomed and like we had a little home away from home.

We really loved it here, the only things to be mindful of are that the road to the property is a bit of a hill so a little fitness is required and this room is a home stay connected to the main house, so you do feel like you are guests staying with family and can hear the family chatting and the kids playing which we really liked, but if you are someone who prefers to be a bit more secluded they also have a beautiful apartment on the same property that is detached from the main house and has beautiful views.
