"We got scammed"

We booked and paid everything through booking, only to get an email from the facility that we need to pay an extra 150 euros of deposit that wasn't highlighted in the ad on the Booking. They wanted us to pay them via PayPal on some other account and to adress it as we are friends/family of the owner. We sent 2 emails and got no resposne from them. We couldn't get the keys to the facility and we had to get another Hotel at the last minute. Total disaster would not reccommened it to anyone.
