Steps to Convention Center, Downtown DC, and Metro Station: Private and Comfortable Bedroom/Bathroom

its really hot, when i said is hot it is so hot. its an central ac so it depends on how the owner set the temperature. i talked to him to turn down the temperature he said already but it is still hot. it was summer also so i didn’t enjoy my night at all. they provide us a fan in the room but it is so loud. i don’t think i will come back unless they fix this problem.

The place was roomy and the heating was good.The host was lovely.

There was no coffee or sugar provided and didn't like the fact that no top sheet was on the bed.Also had to ask for toilet paper.It said on Booking.com.com that the place had a kitchenette but there was none

I certainly love the location because it's in a nice neighborhood and close to the center. The facilities are standard (more like hotel standard not like usual apartment - very limited kitchenette, only microwave, small fridge, electric water kettle, ceramic plates & bowls, plastic cutleries, and no washing machine). However it is truly find for me considering the low price. But it is not suitable for those that need to cook or do laundry. Thang (the owner) is very helpful, kind, and nice. He answered all of my questions swiftly.

More lighting in the living room and real cutleries (stainless steel cutleries) would be very nice.

Clean and cozy. I want to choose this room again if I visit there. It's very clean. I should take my shoes off which means the floor was clean. It was 2nd floor. It was cold weather but the room was warm.

Was surprised he knocked the door but he just wanted to make sure I checked in. I sent email but he didn't reply maybe i didn't know how to contact him? The door was quite hard to open.
