I had a really lovely stay here. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcome and comfortable. The place was cosy, clean, and had such a warm atmosphere that it truly felt like a home away from home. Lovely comfortable clean home and room . Karen is a great host indeed . Great to have use of kitchen area for coffee toast cereal etc .Nice also to have the use of the rear garden area .

Karen (host) was very friendly, the single room was clean and very comfortable that I ended up booking an extra night. Good range of food for breakfast, toast , yoghurt, porridge, coffees and teas available..

Nothing ,it was lovely and would stay again.
