Working away from home so the location was perfect. Having a parking spot is great as the parking in Brighton is a nightmare. The room is perfect for my needs, clean and tidy. Karen is a great host and is happy to answer any questions you might have.

Spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable, good range of breakfast items. Host, Karen was lovely. Initially worried about the shared bathroom but it wasn't an issue. Added extras in the room are a lovely touch. Will definitely be back.

All was good and no complaints. Nice location.

All was good and the Host, Karen , was very friendly and informative. The email she sent me prior to arriving contained the complete A to Z from gaining access to facilities answered any questions we may have had.

"Lovely place amazing view"

The room was really clean and tidy.Karen made us so welcome as soon as we arrived.There was an amazing choice for breakfast such a shame we were only staying one night would really recommend a stay here

Lovely Host, very helpful with loads of local information. Great to use dining table, generous breakfast to help ourselves to, lovely garden to sit in too. . Will definately re visit when in area and highly recommend. Thank you

We were not sure about shared bathroom but it was absolutely no problem at all

Karen is a fantastic host, very welcoming and her home is beautiful and so clean. The location is great and having off street parking is a win win (especially in Brighton). This is a MUST stay location.
