The property was very easy to find, with parking out front. Communication with the owner was responded to quickly. The bed is very comfy and there are beautiful views from the window. Everything was great, the added kettle and facilities in the room were a great touch. Local transport is really easy to get around on and Karen was very helpful. Would stay again, highly recommend.

Location was perfect - very peaceful area with off street parking and a on a bus route 20 minutes from the beach. Karen was a wonderful host, very friendly, helpful and welcoming! The house is beautiful, the garden is lovely and even though its a shared bathroom I didn't experience any issues with the other guests during my stay. I stayed in the single room which has the use of the downstairs toilet so very handy, and the bed was really comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast options are great, coffee was very good :) this will be my first choice for accommodation when booking Brighton again. Thank you Karen!

A private bathroom would always be preferable but I was aware of this when I booked, so no surprises! And it actually wasnt an issue at all. The bathroom was spotless with a wonderful rainfall shower...and I loved the pink tiles!

Perfect for my regular work trips It’s so so clean and Karen is a great host who has thought of every little detail.

Karen was very friendly and flexible. She made us feel like we were staying with friends. Karen’s home was very clean and tastefully decorated. There were lots of little details that made the space extra homely like lots of toiletries, slippers, robes, towels, chocolates, nice breakfast stuff - good selection, to name a few. We really liked the beautiful garden with the 3-levels too. Would have loved to stay longer just to spend more time in the garden. Beds were very comfy as well. Karen helped wash a blanket that we had a spill on during our journey to her’s and even gave us an extra one to our Big church festival for the cold evenings. Karen’s driveway was very convenient for parking too.

A lovely warm welcome from Karen when we arrived. The bedroom was lovely, with a beer comfortable bed, fresh towels and tea/coffee provided in the room. An excellent selection on offer for breakfast. A very pleasant stay! 😊

We had a warm friendly welcome from Karen. The house and facilities were spotlessly clean. There was a stunning view from our room. We had a lovely breakfast with amazing coffee! Fantastic value for money. We are already planning to book up for next year 😊

We were a little out of town, but the buses are cheap and frequent

Lovely homestay accommodation with a very helpful and welcoming host. It is spotlessly clean. Whilst there are a few rules to keep it this away, these are reasonable. The breakfast was of a self-serve continental style and plentiful. There is bus-stop on the main road nearby and buses into and back from the centre run frequently.

The property is not air-conditioned but a fan was provided to help keep the temperature in the attic room reasonable. There are steps when entering and leaving the property and within it so it may not be suitable for those less mobile.

Room was lovely and had everything I could possibly want. Host was friendly and welcoming, would definitely stay again.
