South Downs View-private parking

Lovely location overlooking the South Downs. Very clean property. Nice outdoor space to sit and relax. Very close to the bus stop to catch a bus to Brighton. Karen was super friendly and asked throughout the stay if we needed anything. Karen had a little basket made up of toiletries in the room, which was great as I had forgotten my hair conditioner.

I thought the shared bathroom would be an issue, but it wasn't. There was only one other single room that used it plus Karen and there was never a time that the bathroom wasn't free. Karen cleaned the bathroom after it was used too.

Karen was a friendly welcoming host, the arrival, key collection, and general instructions were sent in good time, and detailed. There is ample parking for guests. In the house, the guest facilities, and host facilities were clearly marked. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was continental, and plentiful, I would recommend, and happily stay there again.

Brilliant stay and Karen is a super friendly host. Exceptional knowledge of the area and gave us invaluable and extremely helpful information of certain things we needed to know and places we visited. Karen even wrote a route on a local map and marked down exactly where certain shops were!. Karen's house is spotless and all rooms extremely clean. It felt like home from home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back!.

The location was perfect for us with parking which was our main requirement,we were very happy with the breakfast and the room was immaculate as was the bathroom which had an excellent shower.
