South Downs View-private parking

Our host Karen was fantastic! Such a lovely and friendly lady. Her home is immaculate and our room and facilities were lovely and comfortable. Perfect location for us to attend Brighton Pride, we were even very kindly offered a lift! Would highly recommend a stay with Karen.

Had a lovely two night stay here while visiting some friends in the city centre. Karen was a wonderful host and made us feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable. Karen provided us with towels, a bath robe, some toiletries and there was a functional tower fan, TV and kettle in the room, with a choice of different teas and coffees. Breakfast was great, consisting of a selection of cereals, toast, croissants etc. The property itself was on a quiet residential street with easy access to the buses into the city, which we used both nights with no issue. Once again, just want to credit Karen, who was so friendly, inviting and helpful. We will definitely consider booking here again when we next visit the area for a weekend stay. Thank you Karen, it was a pleasure to stay at South Downs View!

I stayed at South Downs View while working away and couldn’t have asked for more. Karen was a fantastic host – really welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. The room was spacious, airy, and spotless, with a beautiful view from the window. The property was peaceful and comfortable, located in a quiet area with easy public transport links into Brighton – just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop and a direct route into the city. Breakfast was self-serve with a great selection of cereals, toast, and yoghurts – a lovely touch. I travel a lot and it’s rare to find somewhere that feels this homely. I’ll definitely be staying again when I’m next in the area. Highly recommended.

The place is located in a green and quiet area and offers fresh and idyllic views. From there, it's quick and easy to get to the city centre, also usung the public transport as there is a bus stop just a minute away. Karen is very friendly, cheerful and helpful, reacts to messages almost immediately and sets new and very high standards for cleanliness. Thanks for everything, Karen!
