Spacious room, comfortable bed with lovely soft bedding, spotlessly clean, many fabulous little touches such as fresh milk, chocolate biscuits etc, exceptional hosts who really go the extra mile - I was touched by their kindness and thoughtfulness.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The room had everything you needed plus a few well thought out extras. What made this the perfect stay were the hosts. They went above and beyond and were so warm and friendly. We even joined them for wine and nibbles. We visit Brighton a few times a year and will definitely be back to stay.

Really warm welcome from the hosts, who were so relaxed, even though I had been terrible with my communications; I had been driving for six hours and rocked up at 2100 and they were so polite. Spotlessly clean, smells beautiful, all amenities, and spectacular value. Do we need empirical proof of how quiet the street was and how comfy the opulent bed was ? My usual Oura sleep score is between 54 and 67. I slept an 83 !! Wow. Is this how normal people feel in the morning ? I’ve just had a lovely coffee from the Tassimo machine and feel ready to take on anything.

Excellent experience far exceeding my expectations! Paul and Michael are just the nicest people ever and made me feel very very welcome. The room itself was tastefully decorated, very large and comfortable and neat and clean. Wifi was brilliant. Parking was very well organised by Paul and Michael - thank you, and Michael even offered to walk me half way to my nearby destination - thank you again! This would be my first choice of stay if I were ever to visit Brighton again and I shall definitely recommend this to colleagues. Thank you!

Paul and Michael were super kind and attentive hosts. I felt truly welcomed from the moment I made my booking. There were lots of little details and amenities that showed how much care and thought they have put into it!

Paul and Michael are fantastic hosts and made us feel very welcome in their home. The room is decorated beautifully with lots of thoughtful extras like a coffee machine and dressing gowns. I would highly recommend staying here. Paul and Michael went above and beyond to help us enjoy out stay. It felt like staying in a five star hotel.

Very warm, clean place and amazing hosts

The location was great a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 - 15 min walk to the pier. The room was lovely. Full of small, well thought out details e.g. a machine for real coffee in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was like new. The hosts made me feel very welcome.
