Location was great.10 minutes from where I needed to be,Hosts where fabulous . Kind and very welcoming Would definitely like to stay again, My room was perfectly clean and bed was very comfortable. Well impressed

Michael and Paul were exceptional hosts who couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing. The room and bed were extremely comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The location was great for exploring Brighton. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

A nice clean and spacious room. Very comfortable and has everything you need in there. Has its own private entrance aswell. Private bathroom nice and clean too. Great hosts who are very friendly and the house is in a great location. I would highly recommend to anyone

The property was just like in the photos, beautiful, clean

It was a great atmosphere, hosts were ever so kind. Recommended delicious dinner near at a local pub, they even helped me to park my car! Nothing was too much for them

The location was excellent midway between the main pier and the Marina. Very good communication. Always responded quickly to any message I sent. Clean and tidy with plenty of space.

Michael and Paul have put a lot of thought into the needs of travelers. From stationery on the desk, charging cords both sides of the bed, treats in the fridge to robes in the wardrobe, everything was designed to make for a hassle-free stay. While not forcing themselves upon their guests, I nevertheless found them to be bright and entertaining company and actually sought them out to sit and chat when the opportunity arose. I’d happily stay again when next in the Brighton area.

The room was just amazing! Spacious, beautifully arranged, super clean and really atmospheric! One of its kind in UK! But mostly Michael and Paul are so generous, welcoming and giving! Super accommodating ! My luggage was broken and they tried to solve the problem! They finally offered me their own luggage! Exceptional hosts Thanks so much!

Michael and Paul were absolutely fantastic. Warm, welcoming, and with incredible attention to detail. Everything you could possibly need in the room and incredibly hospitable and kind hosts. I’m already planning my next trip back down and will be booking again! Thank you so much.
