"This is a great place to stay."

The location is excellent. A short walk through Kemptown, passing lots of independent shops, restaurants and cafes, brings you to the Pavilion and The Lanes. It is less than five minutes from the promenade. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. It was a real pleasure to be in their company. The room was large, very well equipped and clean with a very comfortable bed.

Everything was just excellent.

"Everything you need."

Great one-night stay in Brighton for a music event. 15 minute walk to the Dome - perfect. 5 minutes to the seafront. Michael and Paul have thought of everything. All down to 3 different types of phone charger cables! Cleanliness was outstanding. Shower was fab. Overall a great stay and great value for money, especially by Brighton's standards.
