Amazing place! The room felt more like a luxury suite - it’s huge! It was tastefully and beautifully furnished and had so many thoughtful extras, from phone chargers, fluffy robes to snacks and hot drinks. Everything is in great condition, it’s spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfy. Plus the owners are absolutely lovely and let me check out a little later which suited me perfectly! Plenty of nice places to eat nearby, and ideally located for a concert I was attending at the very nearby Concorde 2 venue. Amazing value for money and all round excellent! Definitely recommend!

Nothing not to like!

In the heart of Kemptown, but only a 15 minute walk into central Brighton. Parking just outside. Not far to the seafront. Lots of buses a very short walk away. Excellent facilities nearby...shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants. All in all, we would recommend it for a stay in Brighton.

We have nothing to dislike...we even asked for and got a teapot, as that is how we like to make our tea...

Michael and Paul couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming and the room was beautiful, with everything you could need.

Great communication, availability of parking vouchers. Bed very comfortable. Room spotless. Very quiet and self contained.

Nothing the whole experience was wonderful

Framförallt värdarna som är så trevliga och hjälpsamma. Mysigt rum. Väldigt skön säng. Sov riktigt gott. Fullt utrustat rum med allt som man behöver. Vattenkokare, paraplyer, te och kaffe osv. Bra läge med gångavstånd till centrum. Vi hittade parkering på gatan nära boendet.

Very thoughtful hospitality - thank you Michael for the little touches and for the good conversation Fridge in room, with fresh milk, water and snacks Bed is really comfortable The room is to the lower ground of the house, it is decorated with well kept antique wood furniture, a small comfy sofa (with a nice soft blanket), a desk and a chair. The shower and loo are for sole use, spotless, a bit of cupboard space, and a hot and powerful shower. Note you need to climb stairs up from the room to the shower and loo. Lights stay on so it is easy to do stairs day or night. Location is great, near lovely cafes, pubs, and a co-op grocery. A one minute downhill walk to the seafront roads and paths, allowing a lovely walk (20 mins or so) into town, lots of bus stops nearby. As is clear on the details for the room, it is suitable for those who are OK with climbing up and down stairs, and there is not a sea view, but it is very near the sea (and those lovely cafes I mentioned). I recommend it as a very comfortable, hospitable, convenient stay in Brighton.

The room was so spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Location is excellent right in the heart of vibrant Kemptown, but just off the main drag so lovely and quiet. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. 100% recommend a stay @27.
