Location was good. Attention to detail of what guests require was great. Exceptional service, care and concern from Michael to help us have a great stay.

Parking our car in the street and sometimes hearing pedestrians on the pavement.

The accommodation was very comfortable, quiet and exceptionally clean. It is well located for exploring everything there is to see in the city. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Highly recommend!

Paul and Michael were exceptional hosts, warm and welcoming to my daughter and son- in- law when they had to rush to Brighton unexpectedly for a family emergency. They brought them tea when they eventually arrived and were unbelievably kind and caring to them. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Thank you so much Paul and Michael for your kindness and concern.

Very tidy and cosy. Lovely little touches with the kit kats and water in the fridge and a nice coffee machine.

The hosts were so lovely and welcoming. The room was impeccably decorated with a comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

I had a wonderful time staying with Paul and Michael! I was flying in from the USA and staying a few nights before settling into my student accommodation for a MA course. This was a wonderful place to catch my breath and get my bearings. Paul and Michael were extremely kind and welcoming - which was exactly what I needed!

The room is at the bottom of a steep staircase and the bathroom was on the upper level. This worked perfectly fine for me, but might not be the best for those with accessibility or movement issues.
