Very friendly owner. Lots of thought had gone into preparing the room which was spotless. Exceptional location in the amazing, bustling, complex Kemptown just far enough away to be really quiet.

Very comfortable bed, clean, spacious and inviting room, with added bonus of lovely bathrobes! Really friendly hosts, who went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival. Easy transport links walks to centre of town. We will stay again!

Great welcome from excellent hosts….great room with very well equipped room offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Perfect location in Kemptown and close to great bars, cafes & restaurants. Easy walk into City Centre but lots of buses running close by too.

I liked everything about the property.

The hosts were really friendly and helpful. The room was much bigger than expected and provided everything you could need plus some really nice extras like a stocked fridge and chargers

Michael was a delightful host from the moment we arrived, the room was decorated and furnished beautifully and was very comfortable—it’s been a while since I’ve slept on such a comfy bed! With a great selection of tea and delicious coffee for the morning (and evening!) The location is superb, very close to the beach and just a 15-20 min walk from the centre. This is where we will hope to stay any time we visit Brighton in the future, I just hope it’s available!

Great place to stay, very central location and really helpful hosts who are there if you need anything, but equally provide you with your own space. Hosts went out of their way to allow me to have a late check out free of charge and a hot shower which was very appreciated after the half marathon! Would stay again
