"Wonderful welcome, fabulous room and great location."

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly proprietors and the room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Lots of thought has gone into the room to ensure that guests have a lovely stay. It was in a great location too.

There was nothing to dislike.

The location was fantastic! So close to everything and super convenient!

The bathroom was up some stairs, rather than being in the room which we didn’t expect but we had no issues!

"Fantastic place in a prime location"

The room was large and well maintained the best part was the really comfortable bed. Michael and Paul are so friendly they make you feel so at ease as though you have known them years. Absolutely wonderful.

Not really anything I could complain about in regards to the property. But being in Brighton if you drive there parking can be a bit difficult to find a free space.

A truly exceptional stay! Location is perfect and the room was spacious and immaculate. Every little detail had been thought out to make for the most comfortable stay, but the real treasure were the wonderful hosts. "It was a one nighter. Worked perfectly. 15 min walk to the town. Plenty of local facilities if needed, convenience store"

"Lovely experience and will return without a doubt."

The room is very big. Nice thoughtful touches such as, fresh flowers by the bed, large jug of fresh water, nice tea and coffee, phone charging cables. Exceptionally clean and quite. Bed was firm with a memory foam topper so incredibly comfortable. There is parking if u wish for £10 per day. I walked from town centre on my own at 1am to accomodation. I took my time to enjoy the sights and it took 20min. I felt safe. Owners are extremely polite and very friendly .
