Room had reasonable facilities in it.

House smelt very bad. Bin not emptied in room. The bed sheets I don't think had been washed. Bathroom dirty. And couldn't get the plug out of the bath. No bath mat.

The room had welcome extras, a fridge, microwave and hairdryer

I should have read the reviews before I booked. This could be such a good place to stay, the room is a decent size and the microwave and fridge are very welcome but the smell of cat's pee in the entrance hall ruins a stay before it's even begun.
