The location is very good, in Getsemani, and the room is nicely furnished. AC and WiFi were working well. They recommended a tour to Rosario Islands which was nice and the price was good.

If you arrive early in the morning like us, there is no way to get in and leave your luggage until check-in time. When we were leaving, we also asked to leave our backpacks for a few hours and it was possible but they told us only until 4 p.m., otherwise we need to pay additionally. There are windows in the room but they don't face outside, so it's not exactly what we imagined, you can't really use them.

the room is spacious, ac works well. we just stayed one night so it was okay.

our room was next to the road so every like 10 mins. there was party bus passing until like midnight with loud music, you always hear cars passing too.

It was decent and economical though entering the facility was challenging when the code box was in the sun and no numbers could be read. It was comfortable though there weren't places to put or hang things and the wall paint was chipping. In a hot climate you don't need hot water but even luke warm would be nice.

The staff was very helpful and the shared kitchen was well equiped. The location is excelent as well as the room size and security. There are a lot of great bars and restaurants nearby that are situated less than a mile away.

There are minor elements in the room that can be improved.

I liked spatiosness of the room and location was very convenient. Rooms are nicely designed.

Eventhough my room was not looking at the street, it was extremely noisy. But is probably the case in all touristic places in Colombia. Safe box was not working and I wasn't feeling confortable leaving some things in my room. There was no discount offered for that inconvenience. There is no staff in the facility so might be somewhat insecure for female travelers. Communication around payment was not clear. Initially it was said we have to pay in cash, we needed to find time to go to atm that charged substantial fee and in a meantime they withdrew the sum from the card, leaving us with too much cash in our hands, bit of lost time for chasing atm and lost time. This could be smoother.

Nice location and big rooms

Noisy room. Each time someone tries to open the building room by entering the code, you hear the beeping sound inside of your room. Also you hear everything happening on the street ( cars etc. ) There is no possibility of leaving the luggages after checking out

I unfortunately did not like anything about his property this is not a hotel but a guess house there is no staff there you have to let yourself in through instructions that are sent to you by the host. It’s not worth your money I have been trying to get my money back and the host is refusing to refund me even after I sent picture of my attack by bed bugs!

My room was not cleaned my sheets and towels were stained the floor was dirty and overall felt uncomfortable spending the night there alone I’m a solo traveler I was the only guess at the guess house. When I woke up the next morning I was covered in bedbugs bites all over my legs and contacted the host and was told that they never had a complaint before that I should have requested new sheets and towels but there was no one there to service me. They basically told me it was all my fault and refuse to refund me the remainder of my stay I booked 3 nights but only stayed for one night. This was just an overall awful expo please do not stay here!!!

Location is good, it was fairly easy to enter also late at night.

The room was quite bare, and not that clean. There were stains on the towel and in the bathroom. It didnt make the impression that it was cleaned very well. When we checked out we couldnt leave our bags , which is very inconvenient.

Great location. Self check-in / check-out so you didn't have to wait for a staff to open you the door (common in Cartagena), description of check-in was accurate. The room was bigger than I expected. High ceilings. The AC works great with multiple features. Two small soaps and two towels are provided. Different lights for the bathroom and the room which is nice. Internet works well. Bed is quite big (although I was alone), with 4 big pillows. There is a lamp by the bed. Room has good curtains and it can be very dark in the room if this is what you want. There is a kitchen with a few tables, a good fridge and an oven in the common area. Except for the bed (see in negative part), the place was clean. Lots of privacy. Fast communication from the owners / managers via booking.com

There's a huge burst of music that happen suddenly for a fast period because the tourist party bus passes in front of the premise every half hour. It stops around midnight though so you can still sleep well, and during the day I didn't hear anything. There were blood stains (from someone's period probably) on the bedsheet. I wrote to the owners at night time and the next day they changed the sheets. There seems to be a lack of communication between the lady that cleans and the owners. As the other reviewers wrote, the lady asks that the place be paid by cash (she told me only by cash) but I wrote to the owner and they told me they could charge my credit card on Booking.com if this is what I preferred. Since they advertise that they take credit cards there, I didn't bring any cash to pay the place. The next day the lady banged at my door saying I needed to pay. I told her the owners told me they will charge my credit card and the lady had no idea, no one told her anything. Breakfast and/or a bottle of water in the room would be good :) There is no drinkable water available but there's a corner store right next to the place.
