The bed was comfortable, location was good, air con was working. Spacious room

There is not even one hanger to hang any of towel, clothes or bag, whyy?? It would be good to have breakfast.

The location is great- just next to the bars & restaurants in Getsemani- coolest area in Cartagena.

The room was not like in the pictures. Probably the pics were taken long time ago. The bathroom had a window but with no window net so any insect could just get inside. There was also a hole on the ceiling. Even though it was mentioned that would pay by card, once we arrived the lady asked the payment to be made any by cash- we had to withdraw money.

Location, size of the rooms, comfort, showers. All was really good.

run down facilities. fridge not working for entire stay - so unable to store food we had purchased for cooking.

Upon arrival, I was informed there was a pricing error and was asked to pay 9x more. Host refused to honor the booking price. Bad business practice - we all make mistakes, however part of operating a business means taking the loss when the mistake is your fault. Telling a customer they need to pay a substantially higher amount because of your mistake is completely unacceptable. I subsequently had to spend hours contacting booking in order to be relocated

Great location, easy check in, good value

Air conditioning didn't work very well. At no point in the booking process did they inform us that the payment had to be made in cash. Everything led us to believe they would charge my credit card, but then they were knocking on our door the first day asking for us to pay in cash.

Best value for money. Location is excellent and we had a quiet room. Kitchen is a plus and the small patio inside makes the difference. Rooms are well equipped with good air con. Mattress was comfortable. Self check in and check out. We loves it!
