It had Wi-Fi

I had room 2 and there was no mirror, no tv, no bedside lamp. The blind across the window I didn't dare open as it was hanging off on the top right corner. The room is down stairs and against the kitchen and has a door into te garden instead of an opening window which is also technically a fire escape. However, this door was locked and neither of the 2 keys supplied fitted the door meaning that it was like an oven in the room and you had no way of getting cool air into the room. There wasn't even a basic fan in the room. The bed had a bottom sheet on it that had marks on it so I slept on my sleeping bag instead. The kitchen had a hob that looked rusty and unsafe and the tumble dryer only worked if you held the door closed. For a self catering property it was bad and there wasn't enough cutlery or crockery even for a couple to eat so no way is it suitable for couples. Also there was no certificate saying that the gas hob was safe and no obvious carbon monoxide monitor. . The bathroom was unbelievable. The room with the shower in was dirty and the bottom of the shower mouldy. The shower itself was not usable as it was either freezing cold or scalding hot and talking to other residents there they had the same problem with it. The other bathroom had a bath which could not be used as a bath as it only had a shower attachment on it and no plug for the bath. The single washroom which had a loo and sink couldn't be used as it had no working lock, what was there was decoration only. I witnessed a resident having a problem and nobody acknowledging his problem before he had to leave and go to work. The fact he had problems didn't surprise me because while I was told I would get information about location and keys 1hr before arrival time that didn't happen. Instead I had to chase up the information for the keys when I was close to the location.

I had somewhere to stay overnight.

Everything. Place and location looked dodgy.

Nothing

It was absolutely filthy. Broken bed, water leaking through light fixture, dirty kitchen, rubbish scattered everywhere

The advertisement makes it look great, but the experience isn't good.

What I didn't like was that they ask for a security deposit and then simply don't return the customer's money. They should be ashamed of themselves…

Distance to the Airport and price

I got locked up in the room, because the lock didn’t work properly. I wasn’t possible to open the room from inside. I had to known shout out for help u til another guest woke up to support me. He used my key (which I had to pass underneath the door) to open the door from outside.
