Elsham Gardens Rooms - Shared Facilities

The property is a good cheap alternative to staying in hotels in the local area. It was clean and had a kettle in the room. There was a TV in the room if you're interested in that and the bed was very comfy. The location had good connections to bus routes.

I did not feel safe in the local area being a young girl travelling alone and was approached by men on multiple occasions, and honestly at some points feared for my safety and well-being. There is no microwave or oven at the facility so if you don't want to eat out, dinner is a sandwich or pot noodle. Check-in time was very ambiguous, and when I enquired about the times, vague answers were given. You get texted a code for your lock-box key so can access the property at any time (for future travelers information).

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was lovely and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Instructions to enter the property was clear and informative. Issue with the WiFi was rectified by a message conversation.

There was a fridge but it wasn't working and there wasn't a great deal on the tea tray but we took our own as we do like to drink a lot of tea/coffee, there was no sugar or milk provided but we did pick our own up before we went so didn't impact on our stay.
