Kew Gardens & National Archives

Close to Kew Gardens and station/shops and bus 110. Also short walk to Archives and Kew Retail park, from where another bus leaves. Very central and safe location. About 20 mins walk to Richmond, where there is a large Sainsbury. Other supermarkets close by with small Tesco at Kew Gardens shops and M & S store at Kew Retail park. Room had small fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave and good selection of plates and cutlery. Was in double room overlooking garden and was a good sized room with.nice outlook.

Shared bathroom only, however bathroom was clean and didn't usually have to wait too long to use, even when all 4 rooms available were occupied. Set of stairs to carry bag up but owner happy to assist with this if needed.

The location is very convenient.

I got my own meals. I stayed here fourteen years ago and I found this time as enjoyable as the first.

Was it possible to open the window in the room I was in? The room got very hot and stuffy at times. The problem was when I wanted an answer the Fraser's weren't around.

Beautiful homestay in a calm location, close to Elizabeth Gate of Kew Gardens. Alice was a wonderful host who made every effort to welcome me. Room came with all the amenities you'd need and there were plenty of facilities nearby, from a launderette to lovely cafes and quirky bookstores. A little far from Richmond town but easily accessible by bus and underground.

Basic accommodation. Good to reach. Nice landlord.

It was an easy walk to Kew Gardens and many small tea rooms and pubs as well as the grocery store. A safe area of town.

It would have been nice to have had a complimentary bottle of water/snack waiting as many travelers are just finishing a long journey and are paying for the room.

The property was excellent in every way-designed for people who travel.John ,Alice Springs.

Perfect location when visiting the archives. The hosts are friendly and easy to get in touch with. There is no kitchen but with the mini-fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster it had everything I needed for a few days.

It's a guest room in a home with shared bathroom, so don't expect the hotel experience. The facilities were very reasonable for the price, however.
