Spacious room, microwave and fridge was VERY useful, as it was hot. EXCELLENT location on quietish street (school near-by I think as lots of children passing twice a day). Only a 10 min walk to Kew Gardens. Just 5 - 6 min walk to Kew Station (flat)… a nice bakery, coffee shops, estate agents, butcher, pubs, etc, and Tesco Express in same area. Friendly and helpful hosts, offering free ticket to Kew Gardens. On street parking and parking permit at £5 a day. This is also in the ULEZ Zone (if you have a van/older diesel).

Tired, make-do table over two cupboards, cheap cutlery and plates but enough to do for us. Toilet blocked (but there’s a plunger beside it -so easy quick fix it yourself), the man did explain it needs two pushes of the handle to flush proper.

The room was fine, comfortable bed and nice decor. Tea making facility, fridge and microwave. Nice outlook.

I was not happy to plastic plates, heaps of cutlery and stained mugs. The washing of crockery and plates had to done in a shared bathroom which is where the tea towel was kept. This was all a little unhygienic. I am disappointed as the landlady had been friendly in communication; the photos were good but the reality of looking after food preparation and kitchen activity for four days was not acceptable to me.

The bedroom is cozy, and the bed very confortable. They added a kitchenette that is very useful.

They offer B &B but unfortunately the second B is only bath. No breakfast. No cup or plate in the room to drink water. One is not allowed shoes into your apartment. I wanted to polish my shoes but due to the awkward circumstance I could not.
