Spacious apartment. Well equipped. Private parking. Fairly close to the centre of Salzburg (15-20min walk).

Moldy scent in the staircase outside the apartment.

The apartment was a great size - nice separation of rooms, very clean and comfortable.

I didn’t see any microwave dishes to heat food. And I don’t think it had a roll of paper towel.

1. Even though I didn't meet the owner though my stay, but I could communicate timely by WhatsApp. 2. Welcome sparkling wine and chocolate were good. 3. Location is also good and it's close from historical area. 4. Apartment rent is much better than staying in city hotels. Feeling more comfortable and residents of the area.

1. It was more helpful if some more tips were informed before arrival such as the road in front of the gate is narrow and one way direction to get high pressure from cars behind me....... 2. Accurate AC outlet shape was not answered even asking several times. There may be C or SE type according to the area (country). If possible, I wanted to buy only 1 type but I needed to prepare both 2 types. 3. Someone's bottle of milk was in refrigerator. 4. A bit expensive :)

Convenient location. Easy to get into town with buses (or a 20 minute walk), small supermarkets and some restaurants nearby. Fairly quiet (there was some work going on upstairs whilst we were there but their hours weren’t antisocial). Helpful host and the apartment was equipped with everything a guest would need- umbrellas, night lights, kitchen and bathroom well stocked etc. Very comfortable. Nice patio.

It is a basement apartment so it did lack a bit of light and it was slightly damp perhaps but we were happy.

We have had a brilliant stay! The move in process was very straightforward, the place was clean and furnished, and we were provided with a wide range of kitchen amenities and toiletries. We even left a piece of our luggage at the house and Sabine went out of her way to have it posted back to us. It was overall a great stay, thank you again Sabine!

Spacious, clean, fantastic location, easy to get the bus into the centre of Salzburg. Sabine was a fantastic hostess, meeting us on arrival to show us around and gave us tips for places to go.

Nothing, it was great.

Very clean and spacious. The garden was an added bonus. Walking distance to Old Town Salzburg and the Castle plus many shops and restaurants. Sabine was very friendly and helpful, supplied us with a map and told us how to get everywhere.

Wonderful location, lovely apartment with everything you need. I can't recommend this place enough. Truely 5 stars
