Generally a comfortable stay. The apartment is well stocked, and the decor and furnishing is quite nice. The host, Sabine, and Matt are very attentive to our needs.

Some of the room doors and knobs didn't work well. The location is quite a walk to old town, although it's a pleasant walk.

You feel like you're at home. Small Christmas decorations were out in addition to the usual, exquisite decor. Sabine has tried to think of everything, with a lot of added touches I've never seen in a vacation rental. She was helpful, cheerful, always asking if she could do more. You can't ask more of a host. The apartment itself was immaculate. The kitchen, small yet totally functional including a soda stream machine for making your own "sprudel" from the Salzburg alpine water. The beds were super comfortable with nice warm duvets. A wardrobe was provided to hang/lay out your things so you didn't have live out of a suitcase. The Old City is a 15-20 minute walk or 4 minute bus ride from the apartment. From one of 2 bus stops you can get just about anywhere (but there's also onsite parking if you arrive with your car). Restaurants, a bakery, cafe, pharmacy, grocery all in less than 10 minute walk.

The toilet room is a little odd as you have to walk up 3 steps to use the facilities. If you're tall, as I am (6'-3"), you might bump your head (I never did).

Our host provided very detailed self check in instructions, complete with a video walkthrough of where to park and how to access the apartment. The host was always available by What'sApp and responded quickly. She made us feel very welcome and provided lots of suggestions. The location is great for travelers with or without a car, has very easy access to public transit and felt very safe. Wifi worked consistently and fast. Kitchen well equipped with furnishings/equipment and pantry basics like spices, coffee, oils, etc. The host even provided local farm fresh eggs and milk!

The only minor thing is that the washing machine is in the basement and shared with the other apartments in the villa. I'm not sure how many people use the only washing machine, but it was often in use and unavailable.

The apartment was superb, neat and tidy and clean. All the inclusions were 1st class, even the little things you wouldn't normally notice. We would stay there without a doubt if we return to Vienna, highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay in Salzburg, would like if I was there more, but definitely will come back.

Sabine was so great about having extra touches throughout the apartment. From slippers to umbrellas and various tips for great restaurants or getting around.

Getting a cab in or out of the space takes finesse - but it’s not enough of a deterrent to matter much. Her place is great and you want to stay there.

Excellent communication. Very nice amenities provided -- special touches. Accommodating and friendly host. 10-15 min walk to town center. Stayed 2 nights, would happily stay more in the future. Highly recommended.

The location of the apartment is excellent, in a quiet part of town. I especially loved the view of the mountains outside the bedroom window. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. The living room is a nice place to relax after a day of seeing the sights. The kitchen and bathroom are also very nice. The windows allow lots of natural light in, making it a very pleasant place to stay.

Just keep in mind that it is on the 3rd floor of the apartment, so there are stairs to walk up to get there.

I can only recommend it to everyone! We are very satisfied!
