Apartment Maximilian in old Town

Notification about the key safe was a little late - we were on a train with no wifi, so we didn’t receive the information. The day before would have been better. Also, the host sent sooooooo many emails that it was confusing.

The property was in a great location, we had a great stay.

During the stay the owner was delightful to deal with, however after a miscommunication he became aggressive with communication.

Location to town centre, parking and routes into and out of the city. Emile the host was great. Really helpful.

Small kitchen and nowhere comfortable to sit together. Need to pay attention to extras like city tax, car parking and cleaning.

We had to wait an hour for the owner to shop up, though we arrived right on time as it was agreed before! When I told him, that I was not happy with the service provided, he refused to hand over the apartment keys, because I was not “nice”! I did not refuse to hand over my documents, on the contrary I offered him to send pictures of the papers and he refused to accept it! We never got to to point of taxpayment, as the host did not let us into the appartment. He is simply lying.

Location is close to the center of city. Easy self check-in by following the very good instruction that sent from the host.

the landlord did not give us safe code before we passed all passport pages to him at the check in time. He could have asked us to do this beforehand. Instead, we were locked outside the door, and paying lots of international call fees to communicate with him. He has taken the whole accommodation fees months before when we booked it. very mean landlord.
