Prepayment is required on all reservations at this property. Payment is due when the booking becomes nonrefundable in line with the properties cancellation period. All Payments will incur a 2% credit/debit card merchant terminal processing fee. Please be advised that Bale resort will be undergoing a roof replacement project from the end of April until Mid-September. Rates have been lowered throughout this period as compensation for the noise that may be experiences from time to time. Please note this unit is a ground floor unit, in a 3-story building so the work is not happening directly above this unit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
