Convenient location

Very greasy kitchen, block drain on arrival, broken microwave, property quite dated and dirty in general. Gardener started to blow leave from 7am.

Awesome location, very spacious and nice unit. Loved how private it was. Really enjoyed our time there.

Definitely could be cleaner, just needs a good spring clean. But it wasn’t uncomfortable. Carpets could do with a steam clean and A/C was clocked with dust.

great location, beach very close and access to a pool that wasn't too busy was a bonus

Being locked out for 1.5 hours just after arrival as fob wouldn't work. No phone number to ring Rays or phone to use as we were locked out just in our wet costumes. Were told no one to fix as it was after hours. Luckily the body corp manager was there and he rand and told peppers they had to fix it. Peppers informed me we were very lucky they were doing it for us! NO INTERNET AT ALL for 4 days. Was told yes it's very patchy. You need to inform people of this as no business can be done. Asked if a late checkout was possible and was told yes, its $50 an hour.

Location, Facilities and Overall Comfort. It was incredible.
