Perfect place for a medium or even large family. In the very center of the city. Very quiet although close to several shops, pubs and restaurants. Truly recommended.

Everything was perfect. I just suggest to highlight that the apartment is located on the third floor with no lift, so it may be difficult to reach for old people or people with disabilities.

Very spacious apartment in an excellent location. Great facilities to be able to cook, and relaxing to have a large amount of space in the centre of the old town.

We had some problems with the wifi dropping in and out. There was a coffee machine but no pods were supplied, and it would be handy to have a tea towel or something in the kitchen.

Even though there is double glazing the noice from the trams was disturbing 😳 No aircon

Apartments are very clean, cosy and comfortable. Very good location- close to old city Center and all tourist activities.

It was not enough clear information regarding security deposits. Was surprised when was charged automatically. May be it was me not attentive during booking .

Update of review due to issues with erroneous credit card charges, and issues to communicate with property management (see details in section "What didn't you like"). XXXXX Great location close to the city center with cafes and restaurants close by. Very quiet due to being located on the back of the building and being on the top floor. Large place suitable for a group of up to 6 people. Well equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a washing machine. Contactless check-in.

A few days after my stay I noticed on my credit card statement that the property charged the deposit of EUR 250 twice, once before arrival and once again after departure, hence a total of EUR 500. The first deposit has been meanwhile refunded, while the second erroneously charged deposit has still not be refunded. Unfortunately the property management does answer calls on the phone number provided, so the only option of communicating with the property management seems to be via the booking.com messaging service, which I do not consider satisfying in case of urgent problems. XXXXX Pre check-in communication a bit confusing due to duplicate messages. Property description fails to mention that there is no elevator in the building which could be an issue for guests with walking difficulties or families with small children - however was not an issue for our group of 4 adults. Main drawback was the bathtub/shower arrangement which makes having a shower somewhat cumbersome.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and bright and located in the heart of the city centre! The communication and the instructions for the accommodation were very clear and helpful!

The location and facilities of the apartment were great

The staff who comes to give the key to guests should stand in front of the building door, not stay inside the apartment because the door is locked and guests cannot go inside. For foreigners, it is not always possible to make a phone call to the staff.
